Due to the nature of our products, as irrevocable products, we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the product description before making a purchase. All sales made are final.

Before purchasing a product, you are liable for reading and/or researching if the software will be fully operational in your device and its current product status through our discord.

You must try to contact Esii and/or Nextar Products' support team before attempting a chargeback. Any Non Instant Deliveries not completed within 24 Hours of purchase are subject to be with held due to security reasons.
